Visual Designer

About the Role: Our team is pushing the boundaries of immersive experiences across AR, VR, and mixed reality platforms. We are seeking a talented Visual Designer to craft compelling, intuitive, and visually stunning interfaces for our AR/VR products. This role combines creativity with technical understanding, ensuring that our experiences are both visually engaging and seamlessly functional. Responsibilities: Design visually compelling interfaces, interactions, and experiences for AR, VR, and mixed reality applications. Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate concepts into immersive visual solutions. Develop and maintain visual systems, including style guides, typography, iconography, motion, and animation for XR environments. Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and visual assets for XR products. Advocate for visual design best practices, accessibility, and consistency across products. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in XR, 3D design, and interaction design. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing, and cross-functional input. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Visual Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field. Proven experience designing for digital products, with a strong portfolio showcasing visual design skills and problem-solving abilities. Experience with 3D, XR, or immersive experience design is highly desirable. Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, motion, and spatial design. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, or Unity/Unreal for XR interfaces. Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Passion for creating intuitive and delightful experiences in emerging technologies.
