Visual Marketing Coordinator

Position: Visual Marketing Coordinator Job Description: Your main function will be to assist the Sales Team with various tasks related to on boarding visual marketing projects. Then organize, planned, constructed and install projects for experiential marketing and brand activations. Often the installations are within luxury retail environments. Job Responsibilities - writing up and organize information on projects for production team -Maintain calendars to ensure schedules are kept and milestones met -Assist the production team with any needs they have related to visual marketing projects -Pick up and deliver project parts, proofs and samples to clients, vendors, production workshop as needed. Qualifications: - 4 Year Bachelor's Degree Required - Ability to multi task and like a fast paced environment -Organized, focused and reliable -Resourceful and willing to learn -Effective and efficient -Microsoft Suite, including Excel -Experience in the Visual Marketing Industry or past work with Luxury brands A+ About Us Arsenal New York is a comprehensive visual marketing company located in New York City.
