Job Description
Voice Specialist/ Administrator
As a Voice Specialist you will be providing technical support and maintenance voice services. This role involves troubleshooting issues, configuring system settings, and ensuring optimal performance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to users for voice-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user problems, such as call quality issues, voicemail problems, and voice system configuration issues.
- Configure and maintain PBX systems, including user provisioning, call routing, and voicemail.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Integrate the voice system with other network systems, such as VoIP and TDM gateways.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of voice system configurations and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of PBX based systems and telephony protocols.
- Experience with common PBX platforms (Netsapiens, Cisco, Avaya, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
