Everyone at Preservica is very proud of what we’ve achieved – but to stay ahead we need the brightest and most talented commercial and technical innovators and right now we are looking for a VP of Customer Success to lead our customer focus into the next generation.
The Role
Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this is a leadership role where you will be responsible for defining and implementing the vision, mission, and goals of the Customer Success team to deliver excellent customer satisfaction. This will encompass all aspects of account management and Customer engagement through to professional services, training and support with a focus on maintaining strong Customer relationships whilst optimising upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Your work will extend to include:
- Owning the relationship with customers handled by your team and act as “the voice of the customer” within the company
- Creating and maintaining tiered account plans to deliver appropriate interactions across free, starter, professional and enterprise offerings
- Managing customer engagements and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Setting and achieving revenue growth across the customer base, working with sales and marketing to identify new revenue opportunities
- Monitor and report on key customer success and revenue growth metrics
- Maintain an attitude of continuous improvement in Customer Success.
Location
Our offices are in Abingdon but this role can operated as hybrid from home with regular office days. You should be based within reasonable commuting distance of Abingdon.
What We Look For
- 10+ years of experience helping SaaS based enterprise software businesses learn, focus initiatives, and grow their customer base
- A track record of driving customer engagement and loyalty
- Experience building and leading a team
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- A strong level of commercial awareness
- Demonstrated knowledge of Product Operations, customer analytics and data driven marketing
- Strong verbal communication skills with the confidence and ability to lead discussions in team meetings
- Ability to communicate with senior-level business stakeholders in terms of the requirements, challenges and opportunities facing the organization.
