At Finary our mission is to change how money can work for you. We are building a one-stop shop for investing that gives powers back to investors. Finary allows its users to track their assets manage their budgets invest their money and learn more about finance. About the Role

At Finary we're building the modern Private Bank from scratch—democratizing wealth management and empowering millions to achieve financial success. As we accelerate our growth we're hiring a VP Eng who will lead our technology strategy and execution for the next decade.

This is a defining leadership opportunity. You will report directly to Mounir (CEO) and take full ownership of our engineering vision product delivery pace and team structure. You’ll build and mentor a world-class team of 40+ engineers define our technical roadmap and lead complex AI-powered projects that reshape how people invest and grow wealth.

Beyond execution you will shape Finary’s culture of engineering excellence act as a public voice for our tech brand and help build a legendary product. This product can be both remote or on-site in Paris.

You’d Be a Great Fit If You

• Have previously served as VP Eng at a 100+ person scale-up

• Scaled and structured high-performing engineering teams in fast-growth environments

• Are a deeply technical leader - comfortable in the code architecture and strategic discussions alike

• Are an inspiring communicator and mentor with high emotional intelligence.

• Know how to hire A+ engineers and have a strong network to do it quickly.

• Set an ambitious pace for product delivery while maintaining quality.

• Operate with high agency and make decisions based on first principles.

• Have hands-on experience with AI and understand how to use it across product and tech.

• Have a business mindset and a strong sense of product.

• Are passionate about personal finance and resonate with our mission.

Bonus Points If You

• Have experience in regulated industries (e.g. crypto stock market banking)

• Built AI-powered products or worked with large models in production

• Are a former founder who understands full-stack company building

• Still code or work on side projects today

• Have spoken publicly at conferences or published tech content

• Know Finary’s stack or have direct experience with similar architectures
