Security Governance and Compliance: Develop and enforce comprehensive security policies, standards and procedures that align with industry best practices and compliance standards.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify security risks and vulnerabilities across network infrastructure, cloud platforms, product environments, and physical assets. Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies to address potential weaknesses and safeguard against threats.

Zero Trust Security Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight in protecting critical assets, data and platforms through least-privilege methodology.

Product Security Integration: Collaborate with product development teams to embed security considerations within the product design lifecycle. Ensure that security features are integrated seamlessly into the product architecture, addressing potential vulnerabilities and threats.

Security Architecture Design: Lead platform and engineering design efforts to enhance security architecture across the organization. Drive the implementation of security frameworks, standards, and controls that align with business goals and industry benchmarks.

Incident Response Management: Develop and maintain an incident response plan to handle security breaches and cyber threats effectively. Coordinate incident response efforts and lead recovery activities as needed.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GIAC or CISM are strongly preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in executive leadership roles. Demonstrated experience in platform and perimeter security, network architecture, cloud security, and product security design.

Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of security frameworks, protocols, and best practices. Proficiency in security technologies, risk assessment, and compliance standards.
