  • Build an increasingly comprehensive and robust library of business intelligence assets (e.g., internal dashboards, self-serve data marts, templated customer reports)
  • Implement data lifecycle and agile frameworks to improve quality, responsiveness, and predictability of delivery
  • Oversee the development of robust long-term product and enterprise data strategy and execution against this roadmap with improvements in Hazel’s data architecture and infrastructure
  • Scale and support a high-performing team by equipping both managers and individual contributors  with necessary skills and resources, codifying career pathways to champion professional development, and maintaining compliance with data privacy and security policies
  • Advance the team’s capabilities by supporting innovation (e.g., external partnerships, advanced analytics, research) and by generally supporting the function’s evolution from supporting the function's evolution to a center of excellence for meaningful action and insights
  • Partner with Hazel’s systems and data leaders in Product, Operations, and Engineering as an advocate of business and stakeholder needs for broader improvement in data and infrastructure

Your background

  • 10+ years of experience in highly analytical roles, with at least 5 years as an analytics functional leader
  • Proven experience with managing competing executive stakeholder needs and delivering on complex roadmaps to meet these needs with a great sense of accountability
  • Demonstrated success as an empathetic, growth-oriented people manager in teams of various sizes
