As our new VP of Marketing, you'll lead the charge in developing and executing innovative, multi-channel campaigns that not only attract new leads but also foster meaningful connections with our existing clients. With your strategic vision and analytical acumen, you'll be instrumental in driving our growth strategy, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed our customer acquisition and revenue objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as our leader, developing the strategy for how the company generates demand for our solutions amongst our target audiences
- Own website end-to-end, recommending and implementing improvements to increase conversions
- Create and qualify leads through lead-generation initiatives including SEM, SEO, retargeting, content syndication, nurture programs, social media, email campaigns, webinars and other lead-generating opportunities
- Manage top of funnel activities through collaboration with Sales Development Representatives and maintain data accuracy for accounts, leads and contacts and any marketing campaign-related data and activities in Salesforce
- Own the quarterly planning process for the demand generation budget, ensuring that programs are executed and funds are allocated to maximize program ROI and meet our sales goals
- Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes
- Manage reports and dashboards to provide visibility in marketing campaign results including inbound channel performance, lead distribution, opportunity stages, pipeline contribution, and ROI
Competencies:
- Proven project management skills and experience. Ability to create effective relationships to influence, and collaborate across all levels.
- Experience with defining and launching successful enterprise software lead/demand generation paid media campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Strong knowledge of measurement approaches (including multi-touch attribution) ad operations and the digital video and overall display landscapes.
- Distinctive problem-solving, strategic, and analytical capabilities, with ability to run analysis, track metrics, and optimize performance
Skills

Qualifications
- Experience marketing in B2B technology, preferably SaaS
- Experience in demand generation or online marketing experience across mid-market and/or enterprise accounts
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, retargeting, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and convert
- Strong analytical skills and proven ability to use data to optimize campaign performance and identify new opportunities
