Now, we’re ready to bring structure, strategy, and scalability to our marketing function - and we’re hiring aVP of Marketingwho can architect and lead that transformation.This is not a role for someone who wants to maintain what exists.This is a role for someone who thrives in building systems, launching strategy from the ground up, and leading a team through bold, creative execution. What You’ll Own Strategy & Planning • Build and execute a full-funnel, organic-first marketing strategy aligned with company goals • Create and manage a 12-month roadmap across content, social, influencer, and community channels • Define and track KPIs with clarity and accountability • Lead campaign development and brand storytelling from concept through execution Team Leadership • Build the internal marketing team from scratch—hiring, training, and developing top talent • Introduce systems, workflows, campaign calendars, and performance dashboards • Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture Content & Influencer Ecosystem • Oversee brand content strategy across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and emerging platforms • Build scalable UGC and influencer pipelines to drive growth and engagement • Own the creative briefing and content review process end-to-end Operational Management • Work cross-functionally with creative, sales, product, and executive teams • Manage a lean but effective marketing budget • Implement tools and processes to drive transparency, speed, and results What We Expect From You — Upfront This is a high-accountability role with bold expectations. You’ll be expected to lead with urgency, clarity, and initiative. In Your First 90 Days, You Will: • Conduct a full audit of our brand, channels, marketing history, and customer journey • Shadow key departments to deeply understand our business model and brand voice • Build and present a 12-month marketing roadmap, including org structure, campaign calendar, KPIs, and budget • Finalize early hires or contractors, and begin implementation of the plan • Launch the first wave of campaigns and establish internal systems for execution and reporting If you’re not the type togo deep, move fast, and work hard to earn strategic ownership,this is not the right role. Qualifications – Traditional or Self-Made, But Proven We welcome both formally trained and self-taught marketers—what matters most is clarity of thought, strategic leadership, and measurable outcomes. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent real-world experience • 7+ years in marketing, including at least 3 years in a senior or director-level leadership role • Proven ability to build a brand, team, and content engine from scratch • Demonstrated success withorganic-first growthacross social and influencer marketing • Deep familiarity with e-commerce, short-form video, content workflows, and community marketing • Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and performance reporting • Proficiency in modern marketing tech stacks, includingShopify, Omnisend, web analytics platforms, content and influencer management systems, and Slack Compensation & Benefits • Competitive base salary $150,000 - $200,000, commensurate with experience and impact • Performance-based bonus opportunitiestied to growth and engagement outcomes • Future opportunity for long-term retention incentives or equity consideration for the right candidate • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off (PTO)and aflexible, supportive work environment • 401(k) retirement plan launching in the coming year • Join a company in high-growth mode with a voice at the leadership table How to Apply Submit your resume, a short note explaining why you’re the right fit, and any past marketing plan, campaign, or strategy document you’ve created.
