The Role:

• Drive the product vision, product roadmap and execution excellence in product development on app and web platforms
• Integrate branding and brand voice into the apps
• Be the champion of the end users and drive product innovation
• Be accountable for monitoring top line business performance
• Define, prioritize and achieve key targets in user experience, engagement and monetization
• Manage and drive enhancements in UI/UX
• Recruit, lead, motivate and inspire a team of Product Managers
• Collaborate with business development and marketing on product-centric partner deals 

You Have:

• Passion for building great products and the dating space
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Economics or a quantitative field
• MBA preferred
• 10+ years of product management experience with experience building and launching consumer facing product features that drive engagement and retention (experience with Monetization a plus)
• 5+ years of leading teams
• Fluency in analytics with a proven ability to dive deep into qual/quant data and being critical of product solutions
• Ability to review and provide critical feedback on product specifications and user experience + iterate with product team to achieve desired results
• Ability to effectively execute product roadmap, communicating product launches and timelines to key stakeholders
• Experience with monitoring top line business performance in an operating role
• Recent consumer facing experience and solid understanding of app store dynamics
• A proven track record of successful collaboration with engineering, design and analytics teams
• Attention to detail and ability to think strategically
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive management
