Join Körber Supply Chain Software in a dynamic role as a Threat & Vulnerability Management Director, where you will oversee the implementation and management of cutting-edge tools and methodologies to detect, analyze and respond to emerging threats in real-time. You will provide critical insights into global threats, trends, cybercrime tactics and potential attack vectors.

What a day in the life looks like:

• Lead and manage a global Threat Management team, oversee hiring, training and performance.

• Oversee and proactively coordinate the organization’s cybersecurity efforts under the direction of the CISO.

• Develop metrics and scorecards to measure risk to the organization, as well as effectiveness and efficiency of threat analysts.

• Combine strategic vision with operational oversight to ensure the organization is adequately protected against a wide range of cyber threats.

• Establish, monitor and report Threat Management program metrics and reporting.

• Lead external penetration testing efforts to ensure proper application, internal and external penetration testing is scheduled to meet the needs of the business, information security compliance and contractual requirements.

Working Pattern: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, fully remote within the US.

What you Bring to the Team:

• Leadership Experience: Proven experience managing a Threat Management team and program.

• Collaboration & Cross-functional Partnerships: Ability to work closely with internal and external partners, including IT, legal, and compliance teams, to align cybersecurity strategies with broader business and regulatory needs.

• Cybersecurity and Threat Management Skills: Expertise in threat detection, incident response, and forensic investigations, including experience in SAST, DAST, Pen Testing.

• Global Experience: Familiarity with global security challenges and strong English communication skills.

• Strategic Insight: Ability to develop and implement policies, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
