High Road House…

Located in West London’s Chiswick, High Road House combines a neighbourhood feel with French style glamour. The all-day club menu is served across member spaces, with the main bar offering coffee by day and cocktail by night. Open to members and the public, High Road Brasserie on the ground floor serves European dishes and brunch.

The Role… 

We are seeking an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our West London team at High Road House (W4 1PR). As a Waiter/Waitress with Soho House, your role is to make sure that our members have an amazing experience every time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact. Your main responsibility is to ensure that members have an enjoyable experience. You will deliver excellent service from initial greeting, taking orders, making recommendations and paying of the bill

What we are looking for...

• 1-2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile hospitality venue.
• Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Sense of urgency
• Yes, yes, yes mentality
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
• Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required

Mon – Weds – 8am – 11pm

Thurs – 8am – 12am

Fri – Sat – 8am – 1am

Sunday – 8am – 11pm
