Position Summary
CVS Patterson Distribution Center is looking for reliable Warehouse Office Administrator. As the Warehouse Office Administrator, you will provide support to all levels of DC leadership in a variety of ways; perform daily office administrative tasks, answer employees with HR, benefits, and payroll questions, facilitate employee events, activities and more. The Office Administrator plays a critical role in providing DC leadership access to the data and reporting needed to make informed decisions.

Hours are Monday-Friday, 5:00am-1:30pmPST. Must be flexible to work as early as 3:30amPST to cover as needed

Required Qualifications

• 1 years of administrative experience
• Proficient in Windows Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience pulling performance/production data from various sources and create reports.

Preferred Qualifications

• Office Administration training and or certification
• Proficient in Spanish
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with Teamsters Union processes and procedures.
• Professional telephone skills answering internal and external phone calls.
• Self-sufficient, well organized, exceptional work ethic to meet deadlines.
• Team player

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $38.82

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
