Warehouse Supervisor

Mission:

Organize and manage (or control) warehousing operations, including reception, storage, order preparation and shipments according to SPS principle.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for hierarchical management of operators or teams of operators in a Warehouse.

2. Responsible for employee performance, development, engagement, discipline, etc.

3. Responsible for the performance of "standard work" within his or her sector or department.

4. Take charge of safe keeping of all raw materials, property, and equipment

5. Take charge of implementing and maintaining Inventory Accuracy to meet the target

6. Ensure accuracy of circle count process for all locations in our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system

7. Take charge of implementing & improving MPH(Material Providing & Handling) Continuous improvement support efficiency

资格

1. At least 5 years related experience- manages processes & teams associated with planning, directing, and monitoring all warehouse activities.

2. Good database experience in SAP

3. Fluent communication skill of English, Good MS Office Skill & Presentation skill

4. Excellent Digital Skills, such as Tableau, VBA, Python etc.

5. Have outstanding logical thinking ability and learning ability.

6. Good problem-solving skill
