GXO is currently on the look-out for talented and enthusiastic Warehouse Team Leader to join our site in Wellingborough and continue to deliver our high standards with our high performing teams.

This is a full time, permanent position. You will be working Monday - Friday between the hours of 10:00 - 18:00.

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £28,138.50 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:

• Query investigation and resolution of all operational issues
• Create and maintain a positive team culture and spirit, encouraging involvement from all team members when sharing group, divisional and team information
• Close analysis, promotion, and identification of areas for improvement within company's quality management system
• Team building and the preparation of documentation
• Team briefing and staff communication
• Implementation and strict adherence to company policies and procedures

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Experience of working in a complex, fast moving environment in a similar management role
• Demonstrable experience of warehouse management systems
• Experience of managing large shifts
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
