Purpose

We are seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team as a Senior Web Designer. This role combines expertise in web content management design and user experience to ensure our website remains current visually appealing and user-friendly. The ideal candidate has a strong skill set and experience in Webflow web design principles and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Content Management: Maintain and update website content including text images videos and other media elements. Ensure all content is accurate up to date and aligned with the organization's goals and messaging.

• Design and Layout: Create and optimize web page layouts using Webflow to enhance the user experience. Design visually appealing web elements graphics and icons that align with the brand's style and guidelines.

• User Experience (UX): Collaborate with stakeholders to improve the website's user experience navigation and accessibility. Implement best practices to enhance website performance speed and mobile responsiveness.

• Webflow Expertise: Proficiency in using Webflow to build edit and maintain web pages. Troubleshoot technical issues debug problems and ensure the website's smooth operation.

• SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve the website's search engine visibility. Monitor and analyze website traffic and user engagement to make data-driven improvements.

• Content Creation: Create and edit content as needed including blog posts landing pages and promotional materials.

• Ensure content is SEO-friendly and aligned with the brand's tone and messaging.

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing design product and development teams to coordinate website updates and campaigns.

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive web presence.

Position Requirements

• A degree in web design graphic design computer science or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience and skills are highly valued.

• Proven experience in web design and content management with a portfolio of past work.

• Strong proficiency in Webflow and a good understanding of HTML/CSS.

• Knowledge of web design principles user experience and SEO best practices.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Effective communication and project management skills.

• Graphic design skills and experience with design tools (e.g. FIGMA or Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
