*This position qualifies for a hybrid work schedule: 3 workdays will be in-office at Love's corporate headquarters in Oklahoma City and 2 workdays can be remote*

BASIC PURPOSE: The Voice Automation Developer is a key part of an Infrastructure team with responsibility for developing automated solutions to backend Unified Communications (UC) and Network systems as well as user interfaces. This position will have a primary emphasis on using coding languages and APIs to automate tasks across a range of enterprise software, providing a front-end user interface for some of this automation, as well as developing bots for customer experience. In addition, they will set direction for the team on scalable coding, tools and maintenance for the automation environment. While reporting to Infrastructure, the Voice Automation Developer will regularly interact with other Software Development teams at Love's to stay current with Love's tools, standards and processes for Development.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop automated scripts for phone, conferencing, contact center, monitoring, and other network-centric platforms.
• Develop AI bot behavior based on customer interactions and business processes.
• Implement security and data protection to protect Love's data.
• Communicate professionally with other teams and customers.
• Planning and design of solutions to meet business and project requirements.
• Work with IT teams and business customers to develop and understand requirements and ensure customer experience.
• Use proven software development and version management processes to ensure quality and avoid production outages.
• Document the design and implementation of automated solutions.
• Assist in the development of meaningful reporting metrics and performance baselines.
• Other duties assigned as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Education:
  • HS Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's Degree required
• Experience:
  • 3+ years' experience with automation and APIs.
  • Front-end Web development experience.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment preferred.

SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS, PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Skills:
  • Experience with programming languages for automation required (Python preferred).
  • Experience with web services such as REST/OAUTH/JSON.
  • Ability to use database techniques for storing and retrieving large amounts of data.
  • Understanding of code revision management via Github or similar repositories.
  • Experience with testing/QA of code releases and regression testing of exiting features.
  • Perseverance in sourcing valid data for reporting and data collection.
  • Knowledge of javascript, bootstrap, HTML, Tableau or Google Cloud Framework a strong plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to present ideas in a user-friendly language and tailor communication style to technical understanding of audience.
  • Highly self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong customer service orientation.

  • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
