Web Developer Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert for all WordPress-related development, maintenance, and strategy. • Develop, customize, and maintain high-performance, responsive WordPress themes and plugins. • Ensure the security, scalability, and uptime of our high-traffic websites. • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement and manage lead funnels, landing pages, and A/B tests using tools like GTM, GA4, and Zoho. • Develop custom Gutenberg blocks using React.js to empower our content teams. • Manage all technical aspects of the CMS, including plugin and core updates, version control via Git, and database optimization. • Build and maintain integrations between WordPress and other business-critical systems, such as Salesforce, Internal APIs and marketing automation platforms. • Work alongside other software engineers to align on best practices, code standards, and deployment processes. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, from performance bottlenecks to plugin conflicts.
