Splitgate is a free to play, fast-paced sci-fi multiplayer shooter that combines the strategic elements of portals with the explosive gameplay of a first person shooter. We quickly became a top trending game on PlayStation, XBOX, and Steam. In our first 6 days, we passed 1M downloads, and hit 2M within the first two weeks. We’re now at 15M+ downloads and growing. After receiving $100M Series A funding with a valuation of $1.5B, we are actively looking to grow our team with the best talent out there to continue the journey of making Splitgate a game that we and the millions of players in our gaming community are proud of.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
• 4+ years of experience with React, Javascript, CSS, and HTML
• User-focused, passionate, scrappy, solutions-focused, and innovative
• Strong eye for UI/UX & design of web interfaces
• Strong experience building and releasing high-traffic, scalable web applications
• Have built at least one scalable web application from scratch
• Knowledge of front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, Typescript)
• Also familiar with JS bundlers (Webpack/ES Build)
• Develop and manage modern data stores
• Write scalable APIs where necessary
• Debug and troubleshoot software efficiently

Desired Skills

• Game development or industry-adjacent experience
• Experience working at small startups
• Familiar with online communities in the games space
• Experienced with web analytics tools
• Fluent with modern, headless CMS systems
