Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Working with the business community to understand the business needs and implement the relevant webMethods components to support those business needs.
  • Platform architecture, design, development and administration; solution design and implementation.
  • Design patterns and industry best-practices to develop secure robust integration applications.
  • Designing solutions using API management, Integration cloud, Hybrid-Integration, Cloud streams.
  • Design and handle integrations using XML, IDOC, BAPI, EDI, Flatfiles, Java, webservices.
  • Integration application architecture and design.
  • Studying existing system and identify the improvements and propose solutions.
  • Presenting information, analysis, ideas, and positions in a clear and convincing manner to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Defining and adhering to standards, best-practices, reusable components, methodology.

Required Skills:

  • Software AG webMethods design & architecture knowledge.
  • Having hands on experience on the following webMethods components - Integration Server, MWS, Broker, UM, Centrasite, Mediator, Enterprise Gateway.
  • Web services architecture design and development for large scale business systems and integrations.
  • Experience with webMethods 9 x/10 x with TN, Broker/UM.
  • Designer/Developer, MWS/Monitor, IS Services, Java services, RESTful services, webservices, Portlet UI interfaces.
  • Experience /Knowledge in designing CI/CD solutions.
  • Understanding of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS platform/Applications.
  • Ability to work across project teams in a fast-paced, high visibility environment with excellent communication and customer interfacing skills.
  • Good to have knowledge and experience on BPM, CAF, BAM solutions using webMethods suite.

Education and requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in webMethods.
  • Candidates must meet requirements to obtain and maintain a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance (active Moderate Risk MBI clearance is a plus).
  • Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for at least three (3) years, and Federal Tax compliant.
