We are seeking a results-driven Website Product & Project Manager to lead the strategy, optimization, and performance of our digital presence within the fast-paced world of concert and entertainment lighting. Join us in illuminating the stages of top concerts and events worldwide, where your digital strategies will power the next generation of lighting innovation. This role is ideal for someone who understands both digital user experience and the technical sophistication of our industry’s audience: lighting designers, production managers, and rental companies.
You will be the cross-functional lead responsible for evolving our 11 brands’ websites—spanning global leaders in concert lighting—into a high-performing product discovery platform that supports sales, education, and brand leadership in the entertainment production space.
This role is in office with no opportunity to work remote or hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Product Ownership:
· Lead the roadmap, development, and continuous improvement of the company’s public websites and microsites.
· Project-manage development cycles, working with the development team to help with resource load-balancing, using tools like Monday or Trello.
· Translate business goals (e.g., product launches, event promotion, inventory availability) into actionable digital strategies.
· Prioritize features based on user feedback and business priorities to ensure timely launches.
· Oversee QA and QC of platform enhancements.
Industry-Specific User Experience:
· Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure the site effectively showcases complex lighting systems, spec sheets, and use-case videos.
· Design site experiences that support the decision-making needs of LDs, tech directors, and rental houses—e.g., downloadable CADs, 3D visualizers, and control software integration—while reducing decision-making time for users and leading to increased inquiries and sales.
Technical Collaboration & CMS Management:
· Manage content and structure via CMS.
· Act as data governor, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and periodic cleansing of CMS product data.
· Assist with CMS back-end setup and architecture.
· Coordinate with web developers, designers, and external vendors on UX/UI enhancements, bug fixes, and hosting infrastructure.
· Integrate CMS with CRM tools for seamless data flow.
Analytics & Optimization:
· Own web analytics strategy using tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar to track engagement with product pages, dealer locator tools, and event registrations.
· Use insights to guide A/B testing, conversion funnel optimization, and lead capture strategies.
· Implement AI-driven personalization to boost user retention.
Content Strategy & SEO:
· Oversee the integration of product manuals, spec sheets, promotional media, and technical videos into the web ecosystem.
· Ensure site is optimized for organic search performance, especially around industry-specific terms (e.g., moving head fixtures, DMX control, truss systems).
· Ensure content meets WCAG standards for inclusivity, especially for technical users.
· Stay ahead of digital trends in e-commerce and AR/VR for lighting previews.
Qualifications:
Must Haves:
· 3–5 years of experience in website product management.
· Extensive knowledge of UX/UI best practices.
· Proficiency in CMS platforms, web analytics, and SEO.
· Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional web initiatives with stakeholders in marketing, sales, and tech (e.g., successfully launching at least two major website redesigns).
· Hands-on experience with Shopify CMS, including custom theme development.
· Strong project management background.
· Excellent communication skills for collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-to-Haves:
· Experience in the live entertainment, AV integration, staging, or lighting technology industry (or demonstrated ability to quickly learn industry specifics).
· Familiarity with technical lighting gear and terminology (DMX, RGBW, rigging, etc.).
· Understanding of digital marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
· Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or working with custom APIs.
· Experience with agile methodologies.
Pay range is based on experience.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
