Pay & Shift • $26–$28/hr • Monday – Thursday | 2:00 PM – 1:00 AM About the Role We are looking for a skilled Welder to perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other materials while ensuring all work meets engineering specifications, industry standards, and quality requirements. Responsibilities • Perform TIG welding according to blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications • Inspect and verify weld quality to ensure compliance with UCT and industry standards • Operate welding equipment, grinders, and other fabrication tools safely and effectively • Prepare materials for welding, including cutting, fitting, and cleaning parts • Maintain welding equipment and perform minor troubleshooting or repairs • Collaborate with warehouse, fabrication, and quality teams to meet production goals • Follow all safety standards, PPE requirements, and proper material handling procedures • Complete documentation and record-keeping related to welds, inspections, and work orders • Support continuous improvement by suggesting process and workflow enhancements Qualifications • Minimum of 1 year TIG welding experience • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols • Strong knowledge of welding techniques, safety practices, and quality standards • Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment • Familiarity with material handling and fabrication tools (saws, grinders, clamps, etc.) • Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines • Able to lift up to 50 lbs Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card, medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance and short-term disability coverage, 401k options, and access to employee discount programs.
