Job Summary We are seeking a skilled welder/fabricator with solid experience—someone ready to hit the ground running without extensive training or oversight. The candidate should be comfortable reading blueprints, laying out parts, welding with precision, and tackling challenges independently. Experience with railings, stairs, or similar high-visibility metalwork is a strong advantage.
