We are looking for a Fabricator/Welder to manage a team of 3+ employees working on various projects at a time and running the day-to-day operations of our production shop. • This role requires a great communicator who is a self-starter with a logical mindset. • This problem-solver will make themselves available to productions to manage and troubleshoot. • In-depth industry knowledge, professionalism, management skills, and a positive attitude are essential. • The Fabricator/Welder interfaces with our team members, vendors, independent contractors, and general contractors. • The Fabricator/Welder will supervise personnel, workflow, and equipment in various production assembly processes. • The position requires constant production floor visibility and is responsible for production output volumes, product quality, personnel scheduling, cost control, and following safety guidelines.
