Overview: Onin Staffing is seeking skilledWelder Fabricatorswith experience inpressure vessel fabricationto join a growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating components according to engineering drawings and pressure vessel codes, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to safety standards. Salary: $28 - $30 Schedule:54 Hours/Week • Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:45 PM • Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:45 PM • Saturday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM Responsibilities: • Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on carbon steel and stainless steel materials used in pressure vessel fabrication. • Read and interpret blueprints, welding procedures, and technical drawings. • Fabricate and assemble pressure vessel components including shells, nozzles, heads, and supports. • Conduct fit-up of components using jigs, fixtures, and measuring tools. • Inspect completed welds for accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications (ASME standards where applicable). • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following company safety protocols. Skills and Experience: • Minimum 2–3 years of welding/fabrication experience in pressure vessel or heavy industrial manufacturing. • Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols. • Familiarity with ASME Section VIII standards is a strong plus. • Must pass a weld test.
