Welder Helper / Fabrication Laborer

Job Summary Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking welder helper to assist in welding, fabrication, and installation of custom gates, fencing, and metal structures. You’ll support the lead welder both in-shop and on-site. This is a physically demanding position with opportunity to grow. Responsibilities: • Assist with material handling and cutting • Prep and grind metal surfaces • Help with MIG welding and tack welding • Load/unload tools and equipment • Maintain clean and organized work area • Support field installation work when needed • other assigned duties Requirements: • Must have reliable transportation • Physically capable of lifting 75+ lbs and working in the Arizona heat • Basic tool knowledge (grinders, chop saw, drills) • Willingness to learn and follow instructions • OSHA 10 preferred, not required Pay:Starting at $17-20/hr depending on experience Schedule: • Full-time • Monday to Friday, occasional weekends Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week Work Location: In person
