MIG Welder Location:Phoenix, AZ Company:Pierpont Manufacturing Pay Range:$18.00 – $22.00 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM Pierpont Manufacturing has proudly served the industry for over 14 years as a full-service manufacturer offering steel fabrication, precision CNC machining, welding, powder coating, and assembly. What You’ll Do As aMIG Welder, you’ll be responsible for welding and assembling metal parts in a fast-paced production environment. Key responsibilities include: • Performing MIG welding on steel components and assemblies • Reading and interpreting welding blueprints and instructions • Inspecting welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards • Maintaining a clean and organized welding area • Working efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines What We’re Looking For Qualifications: • 2+ years of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment • Ability to read basic welding blueprints and follow work instructions • Familiarity with welding tools, safety practices, and inspection techniques • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Dependable and able to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements: • Ability to stand and weld for extended periods • Regularly lift and move parts up to 50 lbs • Comfortable working around heat, sparks, and industrial equipment Why Work With Us? • Competitive pay based on experience • Consistent, full-time schedule with early Fridays • Supportive, team-oriented work environment • Room for growth in a fast-growing company Pierpont Manufacturing is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-Verify.
