Job Title:Welder – Seattle, WA Compensation:$25 – $32 per hour, depending on experience Hours:40+ hours per week, with overtime opportunities Position Overview: We are currently seeking an experiencedWelderto join our team in Seattle, WA. The successful candidate will have expertise in various welding techniques, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities: • Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on a variety of metals. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. • Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment. • Inspect welds for quality and ensure compliance with project specifications. • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule. • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area. Qualifications: • Minimum of 2–3 years of welding experience (industrial, structural, or fabrication). • Proficiency with MIG, TIG, or Stick welding (certifications preferred but not required). • Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. • Reliable transportation and punctuality required.
