Department:Products Reports to:Fabrication Superintendent FLSA Classification:Exempt Job Summary Pipe welder for refrigeration systems.  Must be able to produce quality welds and have working knowledge of piping systems.  1. Duties  a. Cut, assemble, install, and weld pipe to ASME B31.3 radiographic inspection  b. Install pipe supports  c. Install valves and instruments  d. Material handling  e. Maintain clean work environment   f. Operate lifts and other equipment  2. Future role - This role has the potential to progress into shop supervision roles  3. Accountability  a. Enforce safety  b. Project installation quality  c. Individual schedule and work completion  d. Compliance with Clauger, customer and code standards  e. Maintain budgeted labor hours  Job Requirements Work Environment  - Active construction site, with typical hazards associated with industrial work.  Employee will be required to wear PPE and work in a safe manner.  Position Type/Expected Hours of Work  - Full-time.  Non-standard working days and hours required.    Required Education, Experience, and/or Licenses  1. Three years welding experience  2. Work authorization  3. Skills:stick welder- smaw, tig- gtaw 4. Weld test given:  2 inch coupon in 6g position. Pipe schedule 40.
