About the Job: ACCW is hiring a hard-working field-experienced welder/fabricator - 10 years experience required -Previous leadership roles within the last two years -Must be able to pass 3G/4G Mig welding test -Must be able to pass 6010 3G/4G welding test -Must be able to read and fabricate from blueprints/CAD/specifications Fabrication test required upon initial interview Job Description: We are a small welding and construction company in San Antonio, TX. We specialize in COMMERCIAL and RESIDENTIAL projects. Commercial and residential structures, supports, gates, carports, staircases and fences but do our best to take on any job that comes through our doors. We need someone who is adaptive, experienced, and a team player. This position will require at least 10 years of recent welding leadership experience. You also must be able to work in the shop and on location with the ability to withstand the Texas weather. You must be able to stand and remain active the duration of your shift. You must have a valid TX driver's license and valid liability auto insurance. We do our best to be a turn-key company so, the ideal candidate will be okay with anything from demolition or digging holes, to installation and painting. Normal hours are Monday- Friday 8 am to 6 pm with the occasional overtime opportunity. Some jobs may require Saturday labor. Travel may also be required. We do not travel out of state and arrangements will be discussed as the needs arise. Starting pay will be between $24-$28 per hour. You will be paid bi-weekly via direct deposit. The exact rate will be determined based on the skill level shown during the weld test.
