Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Welder / Fabricator to join our dynamic team. If you have a knack for fabrication and a keen eye for detail, you may be the perfect fit! In this role, you will play a vital part in the production of our premium products that get installed in high end homes throughout the country, ensuring that each piece meets our high standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret and read blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and materials needed. - Fabricate and weld components for high-end interior doors, range hoods and custom products. - Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet design specifications. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment while practicing safety protocols. - Collaborate effectively with other team members to meet production deadlines and ensure project success. Qualifications: - Proven experience in fabrication of thin wall steel tubing. (there will be a welding test) - Strong understanding of fabrication processes and techniques. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. - Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. - Team player with great communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
