Welder/Install Technician M-F 5:00 am to 3:30 pm (Full Time) / Phoenix, AZ Company Overview We are a Phoenix-based work truck upfitter that offers comprehensive fleet customization for our customer needs— including installation of service bodies, flatbeds, trailers, specialty equipment, lighting, and more. With local manufacturing and a reputation for durable, custom-built products backed by a team of expert craftsmen, our company has been serving contractors, utility companies, government agencies and small businesses throughout Arizona and Nevada for over 30 years. Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable Welder/Install Technician to join our team. You’ll be MIG welding, installing and assembling of our diverse fleet components—ranging from service bodies and liftgates to safety lighting and storage solutions—using various welding techniques along with hand and power tools, in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: • MIG weld various equipment and components • Install and secure lighting components on service bodies, flatbeds, and dump bodies • Install liftgates, ladder racks, storage equipment and hydraulic cranes, air compressors and other work-related equipment • Use hand and power tools to assemble, fit, and mount parts on trucks and trailers • Accurately follow blueprints, diagrams, and installation instructions • Maintain an organized, hazard-free work area • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors on-site Required Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in welding/lighting install/fabrication • Experience in 12-volt wiring • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Ability to learn fast and willingness to learn • Experience with various hand and power tools • Ability to interpret installation diagrams and instructions • Strong communication and teamwork skills Pay & Benefits: • Pay:$28-$35/hour DOE • Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k) + matching, paid time off, holiday pay, overtime, tool allowance, referral reward program, training, mentorship/upskilling Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 50 per week Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Referral program • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
