Overview: Wellness Director - RN Sign on Bonus: $4,000 Join Mirabella Seattle, Seattle's leading retirement community, as our nextNurse Manager (RN)in our Assisted Living and Memory Care Department! Mirabella Seattle, a part of Pacific Retirement Services, is a beautiful not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in downtown Seattle. We have a 46 bed SNF (5 star rated) located on the second floor and accepts Medicare, HMO, and Private Insurance patients. Outside of our SNF and AL floors, Mirabella is home to more than 290 IL residents who enjoy a high-end resort style living experience. Salary:$90,000 - $110,000 /yr DOE What You’ll Be Doing: You will ensure the delivery of person-centered, individualized and clinically competent care in the Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities. You will coordinate and manage the overall care delivered to residents by directing and supervising care staff and ensuring that services are appropriate to meet residents’ needs in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. About You: • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington. • Core Nurse Delegation Certification (Washington) is required. • Two (2) years’ professional nursing experience in Assisted Living or a long term care setting. • Current and valid CPR/AED and First Aid certification. • Prior supervisory experience in a similar setting including performance management, discipline, prgram development and management of staff. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound judgements concerning all aspects patient care. • Excellent understanding, skills and ability to communicate patient care and sensitive issues. • Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and medical records and clinical software programs.
