Wir suchen ab dem 01. Januar 2025 eine zuverlässige Werkstudentin (all genders) im Bereich People Operations an unserem Standort Neu-Isenburg, die sich für Personalarbeit interessiert und richtig Lust hat, unser Team auf dem Weg zu einem einzigartigen und modernen Arbeitgeber zu unterstützen.Deine Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung der Kollegen aus dem People Operations im Tagesgeschäft
• Unterstützung im Recruiting
• Fehlzeiten- und Urlaubsverwaltung
• Pflege der Mitarbeiterstammdaten und Personalakten
• Unterstützung im Rahmen von Projekten

Dein Profil:

• Studentin der BWL, der Psychologie- oder der Rechtswissenschaften bzw. einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
• Interesse an Personalmanagement
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
• Sehr rasche Auffassungsgabe
• Teamfähigkeit, Organisationstalent
• Eigenständige, zielorientierte und präzise Arbeitsweise
• Gute Kenntnisse der MS Office-Produkte, insbesondere Word und Excel
• Wohnhaft im Großraum Frankfurt (Office Präsenz)
