Wij zijn op zoek naar een Werkvoorbereider in Hoofddorp die gemotiveerd is om bij te dragen aan de groei van Schneider Electric. In deze rol werk je in het hart van de projectexecutie. Je ondersteunt projectmanagers op gebied van werkvoorbereiding en het operationele inkoopproces (bestellen en bewaken) en diverse analyses

Enkele taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

• Ondersteuning van de projectafdeling met hands-on ondersteuning op; voorbereiding van projecten coordinatie, administratieve taken en analyses
• Leidt activiteiten zoals ontvangen, verzenden, bestelvereisten en projectplannen. Evalueert problemen met levering en / of verkooporders. Begrijpt ERP-systemen en ontwikkelt rapporten en processen voor analyse van materiaalbeheer.
• Meet de interne en externe leveranciersbetrouwbaarheid (ISSR & ESSR) en leidt de verbeter actieplannen. Beheer de tekorten en de toekomstige tekorten ten behoeve van de project uitvoering.
• Mogelijkheid om problemen / risico's te identificeren, onderliggende oorzaken te analyseren en te begrijpen, en passende actieplannen op te stellen.

• Een afgerond mbo-diploma (niveau 4) op gebied van Elektrotechniek;
• Je hebt minimaal drie jaar werkervaring ;
• Leveranciers management, project order management, team player;
• Je bent in staat om te werken in een omgeving die elke dag anders is;
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
