Windchill/CREO Administrator

Position Summary:

The Windchill/CREO Administrator will be responsible for designing and implementing all software plans to achieve companywide Product Data Management ("PDM") and Product Lifecycle Management ("PLM") goals while providing end user support.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain and enhance PTC Windchill®, PTC CREO® and PTC ProjectLink™ software;
• Translate business processes into technical solutions, perform platform maintenance, and conduct enhancement needs assessments;
• Work on PLM projects and activities in Windchill environment including coordination of all sites and resources;
• Design, configure, test and implement new workflows in Windchill® and ProjectLink™ to meet evolving business needs;
• Manage and maintain existing Windchill® workflows and products;
• Monitor and maintain vault space;
• Work on user administration including maintenance, cleanup, connection, groups, roles and permissions;
• Review logs for issues;
• Log and temp file cleanup and rotation;
• Manage and report application performance;
• Work with IT department to plan and coordinate environment resources and schedules;
• Support and perform code deployments and configuration changes at the system level; and
• Maintain system administration documentation and architecture map.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with/demonstrated knowledge of monitoring Windchill emerging issues and identifying solutions;
• Experience with/demonstrated knowledge of training on the Windchill enterprise data and making adjustments as needed;
• Experience with/demonstrated knowledge of participating in projects to address process modifications and continuous improvement projects;
• Experience with/demonstrated knowledge of providing support to global users with Windchill/Creo support; and
• Experience with/demonstrated knowledge of troubleshooting Windchill issues with users based on ticket entry.
