Window Treatment Installer

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Treatment Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various installation tasks, including window treatments, and possess a strong understanding of construction principles. This role requires the ability to work independently on-site, ensuring that all installations meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Duties • Install a variety of window treatments, including blinds, shades, and drapes, ensuring precise measurements and secure fittings. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations safely and efficiently. • Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements. • Collaborate with clients to ensure their needs are met during the installation process. • Conduct heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and installing products. • Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites to ensure safety and efficiency. • Fabricate custom solutions when necessary to accommodate unique client requests or site conditions. Experience • Proven experience in maintenance person services or carpentry is preferred. • Familiarity with cabinet installation techniques is a plus. • Previous experience working on construction sites is beneficial. • Ability to read blueprints accurately is essential for successful installations. • Strong problem-solving skills to address any challenges that may arise during the installation process.
