Window Treatment Specialist

Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Treatment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient installation of various window treatments in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and maintenance person services, ensuring that all installations meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Duties • Install a variety of window treatments including blinds, shades, drapes, and shutters according to specifications. • Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the installation process. • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise measurements and placement of window treatments. • Perform fixture installation with attention to detail, ensuring stability and functionality. • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service throughout the installation process. • Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites. • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation, providing solutions as needed. Experience • Proven experience in construction-related fields such as remodeling, drywall work, or painting is preferred. • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in installation tasks. • Previous experience as a carpenter or maintenance person is advantageous. • Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications related to window treatment installations. • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
