Windows, AD and Azure Administrator

What success looks like in this role:

• Support Azure services ( IAAS and PAAS) services, OS.
• In-depth knowledge and experience on Management and administration of Windows server Administration
• Trouble shooting OS related issues which include memory dump analysis skills and performance tuning.
• Providing support on cloud services (IAAS and PAAS), with focus on automation
• Server security hardening which includes patching, antivirus, IPSec encryptions and implementing security policies.
• Microsoft Failover clustering and NLB services.
• Designing Server infrastructure on various Server hardware with good knowledge on Storage, networking, firewalls etc.
• PowerShell scripting to perform/automate various tasks.
• implementing and managing various Server infrastructure roles/services like IIS, FTP, Telnet, DNS, DHCP, Firewall, WSUS, DFS-N, DFSR, NPS etc.
• Planning, deploying and maintaining VMware vSphere environments.
• Installing, configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining VMware ESX/ESXi hypervisors.
• Capacity planning skill for virtual hosts and VMs.
• P2V and V2V conversions
• Develop repeatable solutions to drive operational efficiencies. 
• cloud and hybrid environments, providing solutions, RCA and mitigations. 
•  Identify and implement optimization strategies to reduce costs for the customer workloads.
• Good understanding and working experience in ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management etc.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• 4+ years of Hands-on experience developing and managing cloud-native solutions in Azure.
•  In-depth knowledge and experience on Management and administration of Windows server Administration.
• Expertise on Active Directory Administration (Windows 2022, 2019, 2016, 2012 and 2008)
  Good knowledge on FRS, DFSR replication
  Good knowledge on Active Directory Sites, Subnets, KCC, Replication and Cost interval
  Good Knowledge on Bridgehead servers, Global catalogs and Universal Group Membership Caching
  Good knowledge on AD troubleshooting on the replication's issues, time stamps, net logon parsing on the account
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field 
• Hands-on experiences with core cloud services (storage, networking, firewalls, DNS, databases, applications, compute, container services) across Azure Cloud. 
• 3+ years of Hands-on experience in designing and developing IaC automation using terraform and ARM templates. 
• 3+ years Hands-on experience designing and developing CI/CD pipelines. 
• Hands-on experience in developing utility scripts and tools using python or shell.
