Windows/Linux Admin with Azure Cloud

What success looks like in this role:

• Hands-on experiences with core cloud services (storage, networking, firewalls, DNS, databases, applications, data analytics, compute) across Azure Cloud. 
• Hands-on experience in programming and scripting technologies like Java, Python, Groovy, Shell, Go 
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing IaC automation using terraform or ARM templates. 
• Hands-on experience in developing utility scripts and tools using python or shell. 
• Troubleshoot issues related to cloud components, servers, networks, and develop solutions to automate repeatable manual tasks/ deployment processes to improve operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders to manage and maintain cloud environments as per the requirements. 
• Assist in developing cloud native solutions, migrate workloads to cloud, DevSecOps, IaC, and SRE automation. 
• Create user guide, operational and Code-level documentation. 
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for incidents. Respond promptly to tickets, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions as per the SLA

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• 2+ years of Hands-on experience in managing and deploying cloud services.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Good knowledge on Azure Cloud services and Operations.
• Collaborate with Sr engineers and leads on Cloud migrations and Operations.
• Work closely with the Leads or the teams in rectifying and resolving issues in a timely manner in various environments.
• Hands-on knowledge on Linux and Windows OS
• Knowledge of ticketing tools like ServiceNow, JIRA etc.
• Experience working in 24x7 Support Environments
• Good knowledge on ITIL/ITSM processes
• Cloud related certifications preferred.
