We are looking for a Wireless Customer Service Representative to work with our client, AT&T, and assist local businesses in reaching their telecommunications goals.
The purpose of the Wireless Customer Service Representative role is to provide exceptional customer experience during in-person interactions and encourage the sale of client products and services. By engaging business customers face-to-face, it helps us to identify their telecommunications needs, provide solutions, and guide them toward the right services. The Wireless Customer Service Representative team builds long-term trust through clear communication and a simplified sales process.
Wireless Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
• Initiate and manage in-person sales conversations with local business customers and drive enrollment in AT&T services
• Present products and solutions in a customer-focused, benefit-driven way to highlight value and differentiate from competitors
• Ensure proper execution of applicable services or products through timely follow-ups and communication with customers
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and escalate to client representatives when appropriate to assist in the sales process
• Enable seamless communication and sales actions through up-to-date knowledge of AT&T’s advantages in the telecommunications industry
• Continuously improve market engagement by working with the sales team, client management, and other Wireless Representatives to create a cohesive message
Wireless Customer Service Representative Qualities/Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in a people-facing role, such as customer service, sales, retail, or management
• Persuasive communication that builds interest and confidence in the client
• Personable and professional demeanor
• Adaptability and flexibility with problem-solving and answering questions
• Reliability in time management and prioritizing client development
• An interest in telecommunications or business industry is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
