Wireless Enrollment Representative Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Engage customers directly by promoting wireless products and services with confidence and clarity. • Clearly explain wireless service plans so customers can easily understand their options and benefits. • Assist customers through the entire enrollment process to ensure quick and accurate sign-ups. • Enter customer information carefully and accurately while protecting their privacy. • Work closely with Wireless Enrollment Representative team members to meet daily and weekly sales goals. • Actively participate in training sessions and Wireless Enrollment Representative team meetings to improve knowledge and skills.
