Wireless Sales Associate

We are currently looking for high-energy, people-oriented individuals to join our team as Wireless Sales Associates. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment, enjoys striking up conversations, and is excited by the opportunity to represent leading telecommunications services that help people stay connected. As a Wireless Sales Associate, you’ll be out in the field, working at outdoor events, booths, and local venues, engaging directly with community members. You’ll build rapport quickly, assess customer needs on the spot, and offer tailored wireless and tablet service options that meet their lifestyle and budget. Wireless Sales Associate Responsibilities • Represent wireless and tablet services to potential customers in a face-to-face • Build rapport with customers and actively listen to their needs to recommend tailored solutions • Guide customers through the enrollment process and assist with completing their sales orders • Deliver a positive, high-touch experience that leaves customers feeling confident and supported • Work collaboratively with your team to develop sales strategies, share insights, and meet collective goals • Maintain professionalism and integrity in every customer interaction Wireless Sales Associate Requirements • Experience in customer service or sales is preferred—but not required • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to exceed goals • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week Benefits: • 401(k) Work Location: In person
