We are looking to bring on a new Wireless Sales Specialist that will work with local business owners and customers to promote AT&T’s products and services and build relationships with owners. Our team is dedicated to providing solutions to our surrounding business and our Wireless Sales Specialist helps us achieve just that.
The Wireless Sales Specialist will be responsible for creating solutions for businesses by providing them with a full service and product plans that thoroughly explains the benefits from the products they will receive. The Wireless Sales Specialist will be able to present services, highlight service details, process sales orders for business and manage their accounts all the way through the installation of products. We are looking for a Wireless Sales Specialist to join us as we continue to improve businesses experience through sales, customer service, and communication.
Wireless Sales Specialist Responsibilities:
• Represent telecommunication products and services through customer interactions and sales presentations with businesses
• Increase sales through knowledgeable conversation and product benefits and service highlights that allow customers and business owners to see the improvements they would have
• Attention to changing trends in the telecommunications industry and customer preferences to provide more information during time of sale
• Negotiate contracts and manage customer accounts to create a seamless service set up or transition
• Assess daily and weekly results to build more effective future business
• Become proficient in the systems used to sign up businesses and customers, including following all guidelines for a successful experience
Wireless Sales Specialist Qualifications:
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, specifically being able to answer questions and problem-solve based on training knowledge provided
• Previous experience in sales, retail sales, customer service, customer support, or prior telecommunication experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, within the office and while speaking to business owners to present services
• Full-time availability throughout the week and availability for weekends as needed
• Time-management skills
• Adaptability and detail oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,726.00 - $84,311.00 per year
