Baystate Ob/Gyn Group, Inc. (“BOGG”) is seeking a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife to join the practice’s premier, well-respected, and established collaborative private practice in the greater Springfield, MA area.

With strong roots in the Pioneer Valley since the 1980s, BOGG has continued to grow and thrive over the years with currently over seventy-five employees and three clinical sites in Hamden and Hampshire counties (Springfield, Longmeadow, and South Hadley). • Our current team of nine physicians and eight Advanced Practitioners includes: Four Women's Health Advanced Practitioners, four Certified Nurse Midwives, seven obstetrician/Gynecologists, one dedicated Gynecologist, and one Urogynecologist.

• Our diverse team of providers truly complement each other with a wide range of special interests, thriving on continuous professional enrichment and excellence.

• Our on-site ultrasound staff (certified by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) in our Springfield and Longmeadow offices provide vital ob/gyn scans for rapid clinical turnaround time. While in our ultrasound suites, patients enjoy large viewing monitors, an important element in our partnership with patients in their healthcare.

• Our practice includes a full-scope midwifery group who value the core fundamentals of midwifery care. Rather than operating as physician extenders, our six Certified Nurse Midwives provide exemplary, dedicated midwifery services for patients who may choose that model for pregnancy, delivery, and routine gyn care.
• Our team of four Advanced Practice Gyn Clinicians offers dedicated in-office gyn care for patients seeking routine gyn services such as annual exams, birth control options, STI treatment, common gyn problems, and more.
• We are proud to have a strong relationship exclusively with Baystate Health (specifically with Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA), and perform approximately 25% of the births at that facility as well as full spectrum of gynecologic surgical procedures. As the region’s only level one trauma center, BMC is a 716-bed independent medical center and a teaching site of the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
