In this role, you will be responsible for maintenance and administration of Workday Adaptive Planning and the integration with NetSuite ERP. You will partner with business teams to develop best in class processes for usability, adoption, overall application effectiveness & management reporting.
Core Requirements and Responsibilities:
Essential job functions included but are not limited to the following:

Serve as a subject matter expert on current and upcoming Workday Adaptive Planning capabilities and manage these upgrades

Focus on building solutions to solve business problems and improve end user experience

Participate in an agile work environment

Manage data integrations with Workday HCM, NetSuite ERP and other source systems as appropriate

Partner closely with FP&A to support annual budgeting, forecasting, etc.

Configure and implement changes in Workday Adaptive Planning to meet evolving business and operational needs

Implement improvements and document best practices to ensure data integrity and standardize business processes

Troubleshoot and remediate issues with Workday Adaptive Planning

Manage user access and permissions
-
Analyze business requirements and evaluate the feasibility of system modifications and enhancements
-
Conduct training and demo solutions to key business stakeholders as necessary

Provide support for internal Workday Adaptive Planning users
-
Ability to interact with internal clients, assess business challenges and collaboratively define solutions to address key business problems

Ensure up-to-date documentation of system functions, processes, and capabilities
-
Support the business with complex reporting and analytics requests
-
Experience and knowledge of Workday HCM a plus
-
Experience with commissions and Sales compensation a plus
Qualifications:
-
At least 2 years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning / Adaptive Insights
-
Experience supporting Workday Adaptive Planning integrations preferred
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact professionally with technical and business resources
-
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into operational requirements
-
Understanding of FP&A business processes and operations required
-
Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution
-
Ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy and with highly confidential data

- Located and working from an office location. Our offices are currently open on a voluntary basis and we are moving forward with a flexible first business need work environment in mind.
