**Your Impactful Role:**
As an Associate Principal, Software Engineering, you will be the go-to expert for Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) functionalities. Your role will be crucial in enabling complex configurations and approval workflows, supporting technical tools, and providing top-notch support to business users. By defining business requirements and implementing configuration changes, you’ll lead efforts to implement cross-functional technical solutions that drive our company forward.
**What You’ll Be Doing:**
- Independently support stakeholders with Workday continuous improvement and business as usual initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Define, investigate, and implement configuration changes while leading cross-functional technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of Workday releases to identify automation opportunities and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain user stories in JIRA, ensuring seamless project execution.
**What We’re Looking For:**
- 3-5 years of experience with Workday HCM, Business Process Administration, Recruiting, Security, and Reporting.
- Strong communication skills to lead business users and foster positive relationships.
- Experience in a Workday post-implementation support role and within an Agile framework is preferred.
- A proactive problem solver with a knack for creative solutions and effective communication.
**Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in production support workflow tools (ServiceNow preferred).
- Familiarity with Agile development lifecycle and tools like JIRA.
- Understanding of Workday integration capabilities and AI/ML implementation is a plus.
**Educational Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
- Workday Pro Certifications (Recruiting, HCM, Reporting, Calculated fields) are highly desirable.
