Working Student - Finance (m/f/d)

Your main tasks will include:

• Proactively support daily finance operations
• Manage the finance mailbox efficiently
• Assist in booking incoming invoices
• Actively participate in administrative processes
• Take ownership of managing the expense tool
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements, as well as accounts analysis and reconciliation
• Learn and contribute to the development of finance and accounting processes, including creating process descriptions and flowcharts

What we look for:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration (BWL) / economics (VWL) or a related field with a focus on finance
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and responsibly, demonstrating a meticulous and systematic approach to tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Excellent German language skills and good English language skills, both written and verbal
