You are ready for your Transformation if you have:

• Fluency in Polish and at least B2 level of English

• Availability for at least 20h per week

• Proficiency in computer use 

• Excellent communication skills, openness, and a proactive attitude

• Attention to detail and the ability to stay well-organized

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks

Transform yourself and take responsibility for:

• Organizing employee travel, coordinating with agencies, and managing travel logistics

• Welcoming guests and ensuring a seamless office experience

• Overseeing office supplies, from stationery to refreshments, and placing timely orders

• Managing the shipping and receiving of packages with efficiency
