Job Description

• Planning, implementation and evaluation of fitness and health training offered at the site for individual and group training with a focus on functional training
• Execute internal health events and campaigns
• Participate in the development of departmental goals, objectives and systems
• Implementation of quality standards and customer satisfaction
• Coaching gym members and keeping them motivated
• Ensure members have access to all infrastructure, equipment and information necessary to make their workouts as effective as possible

Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled as a student in the field of Sports Science
• You are willing to work 20 hrs/week in addition to your studies and / or 40 hrs during semester breaks
• First work experience in the fitness and health industry
• Additional qualifications in the disciplines of yoga, Pilates, indoor cycling, gymnastics, nutritional counseling and mental training are an advantage
• Business fluent in English, German is a plus
• Strong communication skills, team spirit and an independent way of working
